Insurance

We offer insurance cover for goods with policies backed by first-rate insurance companies. We ensure goods for every type of international shipping, for both import and export operations (air, maritime transport and ground transport), bearing the losses or damages caused during international transport. Insurance cover rules every stage of door-to-door service. It takes effect from the moment goods are withdrawn from the warehouse of the supplier to be transported immediately to the receiver’s warehouse, covering intermediate transit and storage. The transportation insurance of goods covers goods in transit, properly packaged and shipped for international transportation. It covers all risks that the goods may be exposed to while the insurance is valid, except::

• War or similar events
• Strikes
• Confiscation, subtraction or other participation of authorities
• Financial differences

We ensure any kind of goods except bulk cargo, jewelry, weapons, and precious metals, among others.
Regarding perishable goods, besides being exposed to the same risks as non-perishable goods, they have the additional risk of losing their cold chain.
Our insurance covers the risks with respect to perishable goods and every possible contingency until the final delivery.
In this case, it is an essential requirement that all specifications and instructions referred to required temperature and cold eventualities are mentioned in the Bill of Lading. Contracting our insurance is simple and fast, since the policy is issued immediately without the need of any previous authorization.
